Just a note to thank you for everything.  I started this house buying process without a clue as to how to go about it. But, little by little, it started happening and then I met you and the rest was easy.

 

Thank you so much for holding my hand, lending an ear, and leading me in the right direction.  Still trying to get settled in but every day feeling more and more like I make the right choice.

Mr. Powles,

 

I'm compelled to write to you on behalf of Leslie Anselm.  Her recent representation of us for a home purchase in Oak Hills is commendable.

 

My husband and I have searched for 2 years in 5 different states for our retirement home and have met dozens of agents in the process.  We described our needs to Leslie and without exception, every property she showed us was appropriate.  This has not been the case with other agents.

 

Call it fate or God shining on us but we found our dream home the first day we met Leslie.  Throughout the process, she was available, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient.  We've asked her to wear many hats and she gladly assisted us every way possible. Being unfamiliar with the area, the information she has and continues to provide us is invaluable.  She not only aided us in making a wise purchase but also guided us expertly through a stressful time. 

 

It's been exactly one month since our escrow closed and we are even more delighted with our new home.  We will never be able to show our appreciation enough for Leslie's help but hope these words will give her the esteem from Oak Hills Properties she deserves.  Without a doubt, this purchase would not have happened without her efforts.
